Technology should give good teams time back.

Rehost builds and runs the software behind better customer experiences, so busy organizations can stay focused on people instead of systems.

Why I started Rehost

I did not start Rehost because the world was running dangerously low on software companies. We have plenty. I started it after watching good local operators juggle five logins, six bills, and one heroic spreadsheet holding the whole operation together.

The usual fixes were not much of a fix. An agency built something, sent the final invoice, and moved on. A software company handed over another dashboard and called that help. Either way, the owner became the unpaid head of IT. Usually on a Friday.

Good organizations deserve modern technology. They do not deserve another job managing it.

So Rehost is the third option. We build the thing, connect the pieces, and keep it running. Clients keep their accounts and data. We keep the software headaches. Fair trade.

That is the whole idea. We build it. We run it. Our clients get back to running the restaurant, caring for patients, leading the church, or getting the next truck out the door. Software can be our problem.

Here are three things to ask yourself.

Are you learning another tool, carrying information between systems, or keeping watch for what breaks? If so, the software is giving work back to you.

Learn another tool

A dashboard arrives, but the staff still has to figure out how it fits the real work.

Hold the pieces together

Important information moves by hand between tools, inboxes, and spreadsheets.

Notice and fix what breaks

The organization becomes responsible for upkeep it never had the time or team to own.

We build it, connect it, and keep it useful.

The client explains what needs to improve. Rehost owns the software work from first build through the next change.

Build: Make the useful thing real.

We create the websites, apps, rewards programs, communications, and customer tools an organization actually needs.

Connect: Make the pieces work together.

We connect the systems, data, and daily workflows so staff do not have to carry information between disconnected tools.

Run: Stay responsible after launch.

We handle upkeep, changes, releases, and improvement. The work stays current without becoming another job for the client.

Modern technology should take work off your plate—not hand you six new tools to manage.

We make the tools talk to each other. You get one team to talk to.

Teams with people to serve and no software department.

The industry can change. The condition stays the same: important relationships, repetitive work, scattered systems, and limited technical capacity.

  • Customer, member, patient, or constituent relationships matter to the work.

  • Timely follow-up and repeat tasks shape the day.

  • Important information is split across tools, inboxes, or spreadsheets.

  • Nobody on staff was hired to run software, AI, or automation.
